Blackberry Cobbler II

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2011
My husband, who isn't a big dessert eater, started out with a small piece of this cobbler. Before I knew it, he had eaten over a third of the dish! I only made a couple small changes, added a tsp of cinnamon to the topping, and a couple drops of vanilla to the berries. Needless to say, this is a new favorite recipe in our house. Can't wait to make this again!

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
Absolutely delicious! Made with ground turkey because that's what I had on hand. Husband took for lunch the next day and said it was even better than dinner night before! Froze half the meatballs for a later date and can't wait to use them again!

Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
Delicious! My husband and I devoured this recipe! Chicken was moist, but the rice was our favorite part. Here were my revisions - first, I really love chicken/cheese/broccoli, so I used cream of broccoli instead. I used partially cooked jasmine rice and added some shredded cheddar to the rice/soup mix. Because of this I added less water, only about 1 cup. Added some breadcrumbs to top the chicken and cooked at 425 to get it done a little quicker (short on time). Can't wait to make again!!

Peach Cobbler for Two

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
This tastes awesome. Can't wait to make it again for my husband. He devoured it. Only adjustment is that it could use a little more topping. Its not very crumbly, so next time I will probably add a little more flour to make it more cobbler like - like others have stated. Orange zest is awesome in the topping, don't leave it out!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2008
I made this for a Christmas party and everyone devoured it! Since I had some picky eaters coming, I skipped out on the roasted garlic and used a sauce mix for garlic alfredo sauce instead. I also doubled the recipe by simply doubling the amount of spinach and cream cheese. I was afraid it might need more cheese or additional alfredo, but it ended up just fine! It was a big hit! I made it in the oven and served it in a mini crock pot that was made for keeping hot dips warm. I left the rest in the oven (with the oven off) and refilled throughout the night. I was surprised how popular it was. I served it with toasted French bread and tortilla chips as well. Even the picky eaters said it was their absolute favorite! Can't wait to make again!
