Tina's Greek Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2013
This stuffing is amazing! The recipe makes way more stuffing than you'd need for 6 peppers, which is fine by me because i like some on the side instead of a whole extra serving. I will par boil my peppers next time as cooking them the way the recipes says calls for a lot of oil and takes longer. Delicious recipe!

Classic Candied Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
I had never made sweet potatoes from scratch before and wanted just a basic recipe to cook them with and this was perfect! not too sweet or syrupy like ones i have tasted before.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2014
the name of this recipe is perfectly fitting. Made these tons of times and they are wonderful. Easy to make and people always request I make them. They do tend to brown a bit quick on the edges at 400 degrees, so i usually bake them closer to 375-350.

Easy Spinach Lasagna with White Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
mmm so good. i added extra mozerella between all layers adn on top as well as added some parmesan to the sauce to creamy it up and i added some turkey italian sausage. it came out very creamy and rich. a great variation on the classic. and i did not have any problems with the noodles drying up, i think this was probably because i thickened the sauce with the parmesan.

Cherry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
this recipe came out terrible. it was a very bland cheesecake and had a strange texture like mushy, not the way a cheescake should be at all.

Wicked Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
I did not care for this recipe. i started it and came out with a paste-like batter, read the reviews and added some extra butter and coca to attempt to save it and it still came out like a dry cake. I think there were some mistakes in the amounts when this recipe was uploaded.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2013
When i read this recipe i was thinking to myself that it seems to make quite a bit. I should have followed my instinct, it makes WAY too much! plus the crust was awful. Definitely too much crackers to butter. the batter tastes good so hoping that my 2 cakes that are in the oven come out ok, but i am angry to have wasted so much ingredients. the batter made two cakes, plus i dumped out about 1/3 of it leftover.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2014
this recipe tasted wonderful, but was definitely not good for piping. if using it for a sheet cake it would be ok as you could pour in evenly over the cake, but to pipe with as the recipe claims its terrible.
