Debbie's Amazing Apple Bread
I loved this so much. I made a few modifications. I doubled the cinnamon. I added a teaspoon of baking soda. I only used a cup of apples and I cup of white Sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar. I also mixed the wet ingredients and then added the dry Ingredients after that I added the diced apples. It turned out wonderful. Yummmmm...I almost ate half of it. My husband ate the rest. It did not last half a day. Nice crust and so moist. This is so delicious!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage
After reading other reviews, I made some changes. I used a can of tomato, basil, oregano sauce instead of tomatoes. I added a can of tomato soup, I added chicken broth instead of bouillon cube, I used corn and peas instead of zucchini and squash, I added 2tablespoons garlic powder instead of cloves of garlic, I added 2tablespoons parsley, 1/4 cup of milk because I wanted it verysaucy.This turned out wonderful. I got seconds and thirds. I had to make myself stop eating it. My husband also loved it. He got seconds but kept coming back to the pot with his spoon and taking spoonfuls. I will definitely make this dish again. Any vegetable you like will work because the dish is so versatile. Ther was a tiny bit left over and I wanted to eat it for breakfast but when I got to the pot, it was empty.my husband got up and ate the rest of the pot in the middle of the night because I am the first one up in the mornings. This one will be made weekly. He has already requested that I make this again. Thank you kathyp100. This is a keeper!! Yummmmmmy!

One Egg Lemon Pound Cake
Thank you to all the reviewers who added their comments Because They Were Helping. I tried the recipe as is but after tasting the batter I knew it needed more so I added another3/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of lemon juice( I really love lemony cakes). With the changes the cake turned out wonderful. This is a good base cake but you definitely have to spruce it up. I gave it four stars because of the changes I had to make. I will definitely make this again.
