Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

My finance is on a health food kick and has cut his carbs so this meal was right up his alley. Will def make again. It was really tasty!

This recipe is amazing! The turkey was the juiciest I've ever had. The only change I made was to take the dried herbs and mix them in one stick of butter. I then rubbed half the butter/herb mixture under the skin and the other half on top of the skin. The champagne and broth did not remove any of this mixture when I poured it on top. Thanks for this recipe!

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

These potatoes were absolutely amazing! I followed the recipe to the T and everyone loved them. I will def make these again. I warmed them in the crock pot the next day and served them for Thanksgiving. I never thought of heating them in a crock pot but I don't think I will do it any other way now. Normally the potatoes don't stay warm while being served but the crock pot takes care of that. Thanks for the recipe!
