Simply amazing. I didn't have Italian seasoning so I added oregano and thyme and put it in one of those turkey bags. It was delicious, the bones just slid right out. We saved the broth because it was so delicious smelling and saved left overs with a little broth in them to keep it moist. I will be using that broth for a turkey noodle soup or something equally delicious.

Fabulous Frosted French Toast

Didn't use the frosting but the toast was good. I halved the recipe for less servings and it worked great. In the future I will sprinkle the cinnamon over the bread while cooking through, it clumped up in the cool egg and milk mixture instead of mixing thoroughly even with a whisk.

Cranberry Sauce Chicken II

The sauce was surprisingly delicious. I used Russian dressing and boneless, skinless chicken breasts. The sauce was very thick but perfect for even if you dry out the chicken.
