Steff's Shepherd Pie

I gorged myself on this! Didn't measure the cheese, so there was probably extra. I added some to the meat mixture as well as on top. Also, had no fresh onion so I used dried onions. YUM! Will be using this every time we have leftover potatoes!

Easy Granola Bars

Love the versatility! I mistakenly added too much tidbits the first time around (4 1/2 cups rather than 3 1/2 cups) and they still turned out deliciously. Just took overnight to set up firm enough to eat like a bar. Just finished making for a second time, but with 3 cups of pre-made trail mix and 1/2 cup of coconut. Can't wait to give them a try! They look just like granola bars from a store. I may never purchase granola bars again :)

Evelyn's Rolled Sugar Cookies

Just okay. They do turn out to be nice soft cookies, but the dough rolls more like biscuit dough than cookie dough, and thus i ended up adding at least 2 extra cups of flour to keep it from gluing to my surfaces. I did add 1t vanilla and 2t almond extract, so that helped with maintaining a nice flavor instead of being just a 'floury' hunk. If I tried again, I'd reduce the milk to see if I could avoid all the extra flour. Not really special alone, but an acceptable cookie when frosted. I'll keep looking for the right soft cookie though.

Mini Pumpkin Muffins with Orange Drizzle

disappointing. by no means a bad muffin, but certainly nothing special either. I do really like the orange glaze however, and will probably use it again when I find the perfect muffin to accompany it.

Oatmeal Biscuits

mmmmmmmmmmm! so good, its almost like a cookie :) And I made mine with whole wheat flour and soy milk (vanilla) so everyone in my family could enjoy. definitely going to be added to my regular biscuit rotation.
