Very good. My husband, who normally does not like turkey burgers loved them. I used Sriracha as the as the hot sauce.

Cinnamon Rock Candy

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
This was my first time making candy. I found the recipe to be really easy and I thought the candy tasted great. I used 2 drams of Lorann cinnamon oil. The flavor was perfect.

Chicken and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
This is very good. I added potatoes. I was surprised it didn't call for potatoes to begin with. I also omitted the bell pepper (I'm allergic). Yumm!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2010
So Good and so easy to make. I made this for my husband and I. I used 2 chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken with herbs, chicken broth instead of water, and 1 7.5 oz can biscuits. I put the biscuits in about 90 minutes prior to serving. This will be a regular part of my dinner rotation.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
I thought these had excellent flavor. I thought they were a little too oily so next time I will cut down on the olive oil. I did not add any salt due to the other reviews about it being too salty and thought it was perfectly seasoned.

I added an extra tablespoon of cornstarch after reading the other reviews and it still came out runny. Tasted good though.

Chicken Tortilla Soup III

Reviewed: May 23, 2009
I really liked this soup. I did make a couple of changes. I used 2 cans of chicken broth instead of 3 to thicken it up. I added cheese directly to the soup as well as sprinkle on top at serving. Also, I added chili powder and hot sauce to add some heat. Everyone enjoyed it.

I have made this many times. I use whatever beer happens to be in the fridge at the time. It has turned out delicious each time. Very easy to make.

Chicken Julienne

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
My husband couldn't stop raving about how moist and delicious this chicken was. I used 2 chicken breasts instead of tenders. I halved the ingredients and sprinkled a little garlic powder on the chicken.

It wasn't a bad idea, but I don't think this is a recipe that belongs in a slow cooker

Campbell's Kitchen Tuna Noodle Casserole

I didn't use pimentos or peas since I don't like either. It was just like my mom made when I was young. So good!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
This is very good, but very rich. I use 1/3 less fat cream cheese to cut back on the richness.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2009
This was the best pot roast I have ever had. It was just me and my hubby so I had a 2.5 lb roast. I used 1 can cream of mushroom, 1/2 can beef broth, 1 packet onion soup mix. I put it in the slow cooker before work. I did not sear it first since I didn't have time. I cooked it about 9 hours on low. I added some cornstarch to the gravy to thicken it and served with mashed potatoes.

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
This was so good. I made this for my husband and i. We both loved it. I Only used 1/2 the pasta and 2 chicken breasts since it was just us eating. I kept the sauce recipe the same. For the pesto, I bought a package of fresh basil leaves and used the recipe on the basil packaging in my magic bullet. This was easy to make and delicious.
