Williamsburg Butter Frosting
Followed recipe EXACTLY and it was sooooooo dry--added 6 tbsp of whipping cream and it was still too dry! Continued to add a couple tbsp more and beat constantly, but icing never became shiny and smooth and it was a waste of pricey Contreau! Very disappointing...

Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash
Loved this recipe! Go ahead and make the stuffing while the squash is cooking. It takes a while for the veggies to get really tender. After I brushed the sugar and butter on the squash, I put it under the broiler for a bit to caramelize. If you have extra sugar and butter, you can drizzle it on top of the stuffed squash and even picky eaters will like it! I will definitely make this again. Thanks Truckerdoo!

Plum Blueberry Upside Down Cake
Tasted good...I was very disappointed, though, when much of the fruit top (and bits of the cake) stuck to the pan...I needed a good presentation for this dish and it just didn't happen. I might try it again (not when I have to bring it to a party or serve it to company), but I don't know what I need to do differently to make SURE it doesn't stick.
