About this Cook
I am a mom of three beautifull kids daughter 8, son 6, and my baby boy leeland 4 . Im in love with there there wondetfull father(bob) well at least some of the time lol. I would be a mother of 9 but i lost 6 babies which r now my angels that watch over us. If theres one thing in life ive learned is that all the good a bad things in life mold you to who you r and help you grow and learn. And always tell you family everyday how much they mean and how much you love them because you just never know what could happen.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake because it puts smiles on people faces which makes me feel great. And it helps with depression ect.
My favorite family cooking traditions
It took try too cook from scratch of as home made as possible. And makin my moms enchilaidas may she rest in peace and theses r made with that wonderfull green sauce not that tomatoe sauce lol. And by baking i mean everything from cookies to cakes, bars, candies, just everything. I make my own recipes and im not afraid to tackle a new reciepe and make it better if needed if you have a wonderfull reciepe you think ill love let me know.
My cooking triumphs
Im great at baking and good at cooking but hey im still learning.
My cooking tragedies
I made reg oatmeal one time for like 20 people and it should have been for 4

New York Cheesecake III
As for everyone talking about the cheesecake cracking cheesecakes are very delicate. Moving ur cheesecake from the oven to the counter can crack it. Some ppl say dont over beat it ect. I beat my ingredients the hole time im adding everything together. Thats with every cheesecake recipe ive every made an ive made tons of cheesecakes I use a low speed of course. This is a beautiful recipe. I use reg vanilla and Madagascar vanilla in it and even vanilla beans. Also I top mine with burbon cherries. Or pineapples, peaches, strawberries caramel, ect. Its a great recipe. Ive also used different extracts with it rootbeer, lemon with lemon peel and orange. Thank you for submitting this
