Pasta Pomodoro

yum! I liked how healthy this dish was, and I served it with sauteed chicken. I used no garlic and minced onion, and I think it turned out very well.

Braided Egg Bread

Wow! These were amazingly good. The flavor was great, and the toppping turns out well. I only had one problem, and that was that the recipe did not call for enough milk. My original batter was goopy and thick (too thick for muffins), but I added an eight cup of milk and they turned out great! I will definitely make this again :)

Cookies 'n' Cream Fudge

Oh my goodness. This was amazing. BUT it was almost sickenenly sweet. And I can tolerate a LOT of sugar, but this actually made me sick, it was so rich with cream and sugar. A word of advice; EAT IN MODERATION!!!

Cavatapi with Chicken Ragu, Mozzarella and Basil

Wow! For such an easy, simple dinner; this certainly tasted equisite. It took me 35 minutes total! Ground chicken was certainly interesting; that was a first for me.

Basil, Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich

Wow! These were excellent, and I made them for my family for lunch. I added a grilled chicken breast, and served with my fresh basil from my garden :) The only thing that would make them perfect would be garden tomatoes!

These were a little bit dry, but very good! I made them for my family, and they loved the cookies :) I drizzled these in caramel sauce instead of confectioner's sugar. Great Recipe!

Tomato, Corn and Avocado Salsa

Herbed Potato Soup

Love it LOVE IT! LOVE IT!! LOVE IT!!!!!! This is the most delicious soup ever! However, there was more potatoes than the soup, so I doubled the broth. Then, I tripled the milk, an dit was perfect!!!

Sopapillas

Well, I may have done something wrong, but these were flat, hard, and much too greasy. My guess is that I didn't heat my oil long enough. They tasted ok, similar to Indian fry bread. I think I will continue my search for the perfect Sopapilla recipe. :)
