Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
This is very easy to make and quick that's for sure! I was very surprised how delicious this was! I used spaghetti Rigati noodles, ROTEL tomatoes w/green chilies for some kick, skinless chicken breast, fat free cream of chicken soup and mild cheddar cubed cheese. This dish was so smooth but spicy. I loved it! If I wasnt allergic to mushrooms those would definitly be in the dish as I could see how that would be a fabulous addition. Thanks for sharing! I will absolutely try this again!

Crepes

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2011
Excellent & Easy! Did not chill these at all and were still perfect. Added vanilla as someone else suggested and that was the perfect touch. Made these for my aunt & uncle for breakfast today and they loved them. Pretty sure these will be requested on the regular over here now. Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
Like many others I modified this recipe. Please dont be offended but I added a lot to this basic recipe. First, I carmelized the onions and a clove of minced garlic then set aside. Next I browned my chicken breast lightly in the same skillet. Remove from pan and cut into small pieces. Next add 1c chicken broth, 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, 2 tablespoons curry powder, dash of ginger & cinnamon, 1 teaspoon paprika and 1 bay leaf. Add chicken and onion & garlic to the mixture in pan. Simmer for 40 minutes. Adjust spices to your preference. A beautiful dish with many layers without too much spice. Yum!

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
I was not very thrilled when my brother wanted to make these cookies. Butterscotch is really not at the top of my list. I decided to go for it anyway. Baking cookies with your brother on a Saturday evening is just pain fun and out of the ordinary. Just the smell of these cookies make your mouth water and mmmmm when they hit your taste buds...EXPLOSION of yummy goodness. Very easy recipe to follow and the suggestions are right on. Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes for chewy cookies to die for. Have ample milk on hand to wash these delicious treats down.
