Chicken and Apple Curry

Wow! Made this last night for dinner it was great! Whole family loved it. I did take the advice of some and cubed the meat. I actully used a combo of pork and chicken. I also seasoned the meat with salt & pepper and cumin. I doubled the sauce and served over Jasmine rice. This ones is a keeper!

General Tsao's Chicken

This was a wonderful recipe. It turned out great! I did skip the MSG. I also took the advice of previous reviewers and cut down the corn stach in the sauce. I also used pepper flakes in place of the chile peppers. This was my first try at Asian cooking. Thanks for the great recipe.
