Oregon Salmon Patties

This is a keeper!! I used a leek instead of onion and added some dill as some of the other reviews suggested and it was great, my husband loved it.

Love it! I'm not much of a baker but this was so easy I had to try it. Instead of anise extract I used almond extract and some sliced almonds. It was so good the next time I made orange with orange zest and a glaze on top. So much better than Starrbucks!

Chicken with Quinoa and Veggies

Loved it! But I did make a couple of changes. I added no salt, because it doesn't need it. I like to sauté the quinoa a bit before I cook it like the recipe. It gives the quinoa a toasty nutty flavor that is wonderful.

Pumpkin Pie Pudding

I made it gluten-free with a few changes. I used a gluten free biscuit mix but next time I will use a little less than the recipe called for. It only took 3 hours to cook. I checked and the temp was up to 170 so it is good to watch the timing. It tasted wonderful and I will definitely make it again.

Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

I love Japanese food and this dressing is better than I have had at my favorite restaurant! I have to keep this in my refrigerator to use everyday. Love it!! I usually add a little more ginger than the recipe calls for because I love the peppery bite.

Marinated Flank Steak

White Chili with Ground Turkey

This is a great recipe! We like it better than regular chili. I don't care for the cinnamon taste in it so I leave that out.
