Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
I made a few modifications but still low calorie.
Saute onion, garlic, celery for a few minutes, add carrots, 1 container low sodium chicken stock, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes with celery, green peppers, and onion (Rot-tel) 1 small can tomato juice and 1/2 head cabbage. Add onion soup mix and cook for about 45 minutes... Left out green beans but only because I couldnt fit them in the pot.
