Greek Seasoning Blend

YUM! I used this blend for a chicken dish that called for Greek Seasoning. I will never buy the stuff from the store. I added much less salt (maybe 1/2 tsp) just because I don't like adding extra salt to my dishes until I am ready to serve them. The spice blend was outstanding!! My husband came home from work and immediately said 'It smells good in here - like a Mediterranean or Greek restaurant!' Thank you so much for sharing!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

These meatballs are so tasty and tender! The spices make it wonderful. I didn't change anything. I tried them with bbq, ketchup, and dijon mustard. They were delicious!!

A Pad Thai Worth Making

Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

Yum! This was the first time I had ever made a cheesecake, and it was one of the most delectible desserts I have ever eaten. It was rich and creamy, and I followed the recipe exactly. Also, I entered this cheesecake in a bakeoff at my university, and it won 2nd out of 11 entries. There were lots of "oohs" and "ahhs". I would definitely make again. I added shaved dark chocolate on the top, and it was fabulous!!! Thank you, Millie, for this wonderful recipe!

Thai Chicken Wings

The sauce was absolutely delicious, but it just didn't taste right with chicken wings. The sauce has too much fish sauce, in my opinion...made the chicken wings taste very fishy. But I do give 5 stars ***** for the sauce, it just wasn't good on the wings.

Amber Beer Cheese Dip

I thought this recipe was ok. I used Amber Bock, and the flavor just didn't go well with the cheese. I added a little worchestershire sauce after I tasted it, and it made it a little better. Maybe this recipe would've been better if I chose I better beer.

Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

This is a horrible recipe. The olive oil was overwhelming...needs some vinegar to cut the oil. Overall, the taste wasn't good, and didn't taste anything like Japanese dressing. I tried to save it by adding some other things to it, but did no prevail. I usually like oil-based dressings too.

Scallops Mascarpone

Yum Yum Yum! Scallops Mascarpone is wonderful...I usually have trouble making homemade white sauces because they are not creamy...I can say that this was super creamy and delicious. I added a little parmesan cheese in with the sauce to give it a little zing. And a tiny bit of flour to thicken it a little. My fiance told me that this was THE BEST white sauce for pasta he has ever had. Thank you Andy for this delicious recipe! It is going in my handwritten recipe book, where only the best of the best go! Yum!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

This is the best cauliflower I have *ever* had. The cheese made it so crispy and the garlic was so great...I think I really added 6 cloves because you can never have too much garlic. I may try without the parmesan next time just to save on calories. Thank you for this beautiful recipe!

Chicken Marsala

Yum! My fiance and I love this recipe. He said it was the best chicken recipe I have cooked for him so far. I did some modifications...added more oregano and about 3-4 cups of mushrooms. And I omitted the butter and used only olive oil. And I thickened the sauce with flour a little so that we could eat the chicken and the sauce over pasta. It was absolutely delicious and the presentation and aroma was fantastic!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This recipe was amazing! I loved the sauce and I just couldn't get enough of it. This was the first time I had mahi mahi, and it turned out. I used dry powdered ginger because I didn't have fresh, and it was so good! I would definitely make this again. The fiance loved it too!
