Becca's Baked Ziti III

I made this for company tonight, one of whom was a vegetarian. I made one dish with sausage instead of the ground beef and onions, the other with plain tomato sauce. I was worried about the sauce going on top of the pasta rather than mixed in, so I just put a little sauce in with the noodles to wet them. The pasta was great! I froze half after it was cooked. We'll see how it is the second time around.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

This was the first time I ever made snickerdoodles. They were fantastic! I did them exactly as shown and they are crispy and chewy. Exactly how a snickerdoodle should be.

Baked Ziti III

Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake

My 10yr old tried cheesecake last week at a friend's and decided he loved it. We decided together to make one for Thanksgiving dinner. This was my first ever cheesecake. It came out great. We used half reese's cups for the chocolate chips. You could cut down by 1/2 cup as every bite had lots of chocolate. As others said, there was a bit too much butter int he crust, mine seeped out the bottom a bit as it was baking. But the cake was delicious.

Emily's Easy Sausage and Spicy Tomato Dip

I used spicy turkey sausage and neufchatel cream cheese to lighten the load. With the spicy sausage, I used tomatoes without the jalapenos. Everyone loved it. This recipe is so simple and amazingly delicious.

Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One

We made this recipe exactly as stated. It was wonderful, just a little spicy for us. Next time I will add half plain diced tomatoes and half with peppers.

Garlic Bread

Loved this- I used 8 cloves minced garlic rather than the garlic suggested. I also used fresh oregano and basil, and no pepper. But it was very moist with a crisp crust. The whole family voted to add it to the weekly rotation.

Twice Baked Potatoes II

I would givet his 5 with the change I just made. We didn't have enough sour cream and I wanted to add some flavor per other reviews, so I added about 8 ounces of French Onion Veggie Dip (store-bought) instead of the sour cream. They are superb!
