I trully love cooking, either entertaining friends or making dinner for my family I try to make every meal a special meal. Baking and cooking desserts are my favorite! cooking for Holidays My grandmother recipes, she is italian and she is the best cook ever, as a child I have the most fun cooking with her and getting messy, and of course, tasting her dishes.Now I continue tha tradition with my own daughter and she always have lots of fun, and hubby is so pleased too! My firts Thanksgiving Dinner! being from South America, I was clueless with my first Turkey and Pumpkins, everything turn out wonderfull and I was so proude of my self! My daughter's firts Birthday was very good too, we invite a lot of people and I spend more than 4 days cooking for friends and family, they were so impressed, and I was so happy, and exausted! mmmm... I'm not sure I actually have a tragedy, because at the end they where still edible, plus you learn for next time... but I'm always looking for new recipes, and sometimes I didn't find the best ones...I learned not to try something new for special ocassions, better try-it before..
