Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos
My family loves spicy food so I figured I would double the recipe as I was making these for Thanksgiving appetizers. Let me tell you 2 lbs was definitely not enough, the enitre tray was cleared in 10 mins and not everyone got to try them. Everyone has asked me for the recipe. I even had to make 2 more lbs the next day for some out of town guests who stopped by and once again the tray was cleared in a few minutes. I have already been told to bring these for Christmas. I am going to another holiday party next weekend and these will definitely be coming with me. They are so easy to make and everyone will love them, trust me!!

Mini Sweet Potato Pies
I normally don't like sweet potato pie but I thought they would be fun for the kids. I made a batch for Thanksgiving and figured they would be enough, boy was I wrong! They were so delicious I had to make three more batches since my family ate half of the first batch while they were cooling and they were so easy to make. We put some whipped cream on top when we served them and everyone loved them!

Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire
THIS IS SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! I made this for my family for Thanksgiving who normally does not like anything out of the "ordinary" and who does not like cranberry sauce but serves the canned cranberry jelly stuff just to have it. My sister had given me a bag of fresh cranberries and I wanted to make fresh cranberry sauce but something different not the same old thing. I came upon this recipe and decided to give it a try based on the other reviews and let me tell you I am so happy I did. Not only did I love it but my husband who does not like any cranberry sauces of any kind love it too and my picky family raved about it! I made a few changes though I left out the pear, dried fruit and nutmeg since I did not have any on hand and it was still WONDERFUL!! I highly recommend this cranberry sauce you will not regret it. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe with the rest of us!
