Parmesan Knots

These were great! Used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and added a sprinkle of cheddar cheese the last minute of cooking. They turned out awesome - a nice change to our typical garlic bread!!!

Spicy Melted Cheese Dip

Made this for a potluck last week, and everyone LOVED it. The name is a little off though, as it is not spicy at all. If you want spicy, you gotta throw something else in there!

This recipe was EXCELLENT! Loved the flavor! Next time I will thicken the sauce a little bit, as I just couldn't get enough of the sauce! :)

Thought this recipe was great, as it is easy on the BBQ flavor, which I am not a huge fan of. However, it was very greasy & had to spoon off the river of grease repeatedly as it was cooking. The only real drawback to this recipe.

GA Peach Pound Cake

This recipe was FANTASTIC! I suggest eating it immediatley, as the sugar absorbs into the sides if left overnight. And that was the best part-the crunchy sugar on the outside!

Mozzarella Dip

This dip is delicious! I went a little heavy on the garlic on accident, and it was FANTASTIC! (I love garlic) I also left it overnight in the fridge & it was perfect!

Cheese's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

This was ok..I was expecting more rich cheese flavor..Instead of cubed cheese, I would use shredded..The cubes make the prep time way too long..Otherwise, it's just ok.

Capers and Halibut

This was fantastic! TIP: use STEAKS not fillets! I used fillets as that was what I had, and they fell apart. I ended up mixing it all together, and served it over the brazilian white recipe from this site and it was still AMAZING! Awesome flavor!

You have to make sure to seal these really well. I thought I did, but as the pastry cooked, the cheese leaked out, leaving hardly any in there. :( But a great idea.
