Great recipe and just what I was looking for! I was feeling a little lazy and got prechopped lettuce and tomatoes, so this was super quick too! Used low fat cream cheese and sour cream and it still tasted fabulous.
Next time I would either half the cream cheese/sour cream mixture or double the beans, Seemed a little off, but that's ok. I put some seasoning in the beans, but a majority of it in the cc/sc mixture, which i saw in another recipe. I could have eaten that alone! I layered the beans, cheese mixture and salsa and put it in the fridge to sort of marinate, and put the rest of the toppings on right before I served it. Left out the peppers and onions. Didn't seem right to me, and just enough olives on top for a lovely presentation.
About the wateryness people are complaining about: Might be the salsa you're using. I used one that's real thick and chunky and that seemed to help. It was only after a few days in the fridge that it started to look a little watery. Was still yummy though.
