Buttermilk Pie IV

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
Excellent! Based on other reviews, I used less sugar (1 1/2 CUPS), and I added 1 T. vanilla. Before I started mixing anything, I brought every ingredient to room temp. This was for my mom's b'day and it was a huge success. Thx for the recipe!

Crackle Top Molasses Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
These are so easy, I always have the ingredients on hand, and my little boy loves to roll them in sugar before they bake. Just under cook them slightly and let them cool and finish on the sheet and they will stay soft.

Country White Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2010
Excellent! Easy to make and great result. I wish I had added a touch more salt as I did use an extra cup of flour then listed. I made two large rustic peasant style loaves on a baking sheet. They turned out golden and beautiful.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
I am NOT a baker but this cookie has made me famous!! Don't change a thing. If you watch them and pull them out and finish the cooking on the baking sheet they will be perfect!

Molasses Cookies

These are fabulous! A few changes... I used butter and the full amount of flour but used whole wheat pastry flour for 1/2 cup of it. I also threw in 3T. of ground flax seed to sneak in some nutrition. So chewy and good!

Sausage Cabbage Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2008
I'm giving it 5 stars for serious potential! I, like others, added more tomatoes, 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes with olive oil and garlic, and I added mozzarella cheese at the top for the last 10 minutes of baking. It really was as delicious as a cabbage roll with half the effort!
