About this Cook
Grew up at the youngest of a large family. My mother always made huge meals and I loved watching her and my grandmother cook.
My favorite things to cook
Anything! Although I love this Zesty garlic and potatos meal. Any slow cooker meal, they have so much flavor!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Always a huge meal! Cookie exchange with the sister and sister in laws and my mother every christmas, Pies for Thanksgiving, Velveta cheese salsa for Christmas.
My cooking triumphs
Being told I make the best homemade pizza, and trying a new recipe and making it amazing!
My cooking tragedies
Moving into our new condo and not having an oven thermometer. Our over is 25 degrees hotter than displyed. I burnt my simple cookies for the first time.

Cream Cheese Christmas Cookies
These cookies were a breeze! Each year I am involved in a cookie exchange and have to make about 12-15 dozen. These were so simple and easy do-aheads! I added crushed peppermint to some as well! Very good!

Snow Flake Cocoa
VERY Tasty! Made this for a family dinner and they all loved it! I sprinkled nutmeg on top and it tasted like a custard. I will be making this every year.
