Cheese Fondue

This was the first time I've made fondue, so I made sure to read some of the reviews. I used Sauvignon Blanc and added the flour to the shredded cheese before adding the cheese to the pot. I kept the heat on medium while melting the cheese and stirred continuously. Everything worked out wonderfully. We dipped French bread, califlower and crab...so good.
