Salmon in Creamy Silk Sauce

OMG It was divine!!!!!!!!!! I added 2 small mushrroms with the onion and pan fried my salmon and added a splash of white wine to the sauce but other than that it was perfect!!!!!!!!!! YUMMO THANKS

Banana Chip Muffins I

The more bruised the banana's and over ripe the sweeter they will be hense less sugar having to be used. Also i prefer using SRFlour instead as they become more moist and less like a cupcake.

I LOVED THIS!!!!!!!!!! I made it for my fiance's 29th birthday and it was perfect! Only thing i changed was the cherry filling. I blended about 2 cups of glacee (real)cherries and added some water and sugar and made the filling this way as i couldnt find cherrie pie filling. I made it into 3 layers and covered with chocolate icing and then set some melted chocolate into the same size as the top of the cake and used this to decorate with cream and then wrote in the middle with white choc jel. Was divine. I think next time ill make them into cupcakes though. LOL very unhealthy and sickning

Rosemary Mashed Potatoes and Yams with Garlic and Parmesan

Yummy. Extra cheese,garlic and fresh rosmary = OMG!!!!! YUMMMMMMM!! Even the 3 yr old fussy bugger loves it lol. perfect healthy and we can use our rosmary tree before it flowers. Don't go near the dried rosmary its tough and just not nice in this dish. printed and in the "Regular cook book" Thanks
