Cheesy Zucchini Dish

It was good, but we only did a third of the recipe and still had too much! Maybe it's because I went light on the toppings. I enjoyed it, but hubby who made the dish had problems getting the batter to stick to the zucchinis when frying them. It was very tasty.

Delicious! I will take one of the reviewer's suggestion and spray with Pam instead of using butter. There was just too much of it. Otherwise, it was delicious.

Oriental Hot 'n' Sour Soup

This recipe is a keeper! It's the first time I try making a Hot and Sour soup. It tastes just like the one I normally have at a Mongolian restaurant, except no tofu and a tad spicier. It's exactly what I'd expect of a hot and sour soup, so I have to disagree with the previous review.

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

I modified this recipe by reducing the amount of cheese and not topping with the croutons. It was very good and I will probably do it again.

Cooked Pumpkin

This was my first time cooking pumpkin and found it very manageable to do. I just found that it was long to cut off the skin off of the small pieces. Otherwise, very good. I used the puree to make pumpking bread and it was a success!

Italian Sausage and Zucchini

This recipe was great! It had lots of flavour and very colourful. I used spicy italian sausage over a bed of rice. The best part was how easy it was to make! I assumed that the limited ingredients would make it bland, but I was definitely wrong!

Good Dog Cookies

I made this recipe with my 5 year old cousin and it went really well. Very easy to make. I was surprised by the nutritional value of a single cookie, but then I realized that the recipe said it made a dozen of cookies. I made at least twice that amount and had some dough left over, so it turns out to be much less calories than I first thought.
