I am a proverbial Jill of all trades. I love to cook anything, and am usually busy around the holidays with small catering jobs. On a daily basis I am a costumer so any outlet for creativity interests me.It's always Halloween at my house we love the holiday and can't get enough.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake, especially when the weather turns cool. That's a little harder here in FL. I am a sucker for sweets and love to feed the people I work with.

Spicy Crispy Beef
Not particularly quick or easy but both both my husband and I enjoyed it greatly

Cream Cheese Pickles
My best friends Mom made has made these for years. I have found the crunchier the pickle the better. Everywhere I take them they are inhaled and I am asked how to make them.

Chile Rellenos Pie
Yummy we like a bit more hot sauce in it and on it once complete.
