Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine

I really enjoyed this. The kids, however, did not. They found it too tangy. I think I should have added more Garlic. I'll make it again, just have to make it on a night when the kids have other plans :)

Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake

This was a hit, even with my picky kids, which I thought for sure would turn up their noses when they saw the spinach. They gobbled it up. I did add about 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese to the recipe, no real reason, just felt like it. Very good!!!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

A huge hit. Tasted like my favourite appetizer. It was the first to go. I put a little less mayo as I'm not the hugest mayo fan.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

It was a hit! Made it for my husband's birthday cake on Halloween. He loved the layers. For the crust I used a chocolate premade crust, but dumped it out into my springform pan. Worked great. What a time saver!

Easy Tuna Casserole

The thought of Tuna Casserole made me shiver from a bad experience with a poorly made casserole from years ago. I bucked up and thought I would try this one since it was raved about so much. SUPER!!! I can see this becoming a favourite on a cold day. I followed the recipe pretty much, just added some peas I had left over in the fridge. My picky daughter even ate it!
