Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin

This was an amazing method for cooking prime rib. It was juicy and tender and perfectly cooked. It's the first time I've cooked a good roast, I'd almost given up on getting a prime rib just the way you would in a good restaurant. Will make it this way again for sure.

Pan Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Ginger-Shiitake Brown Butter

This has a really nice flavor. You can taste the ginger without it overpowering. My husband loved it. It made a great taste change for the steaks. Would probably work just as well with chicken.

French Beef Stew

This was a really tasty stew. Just a little zing to it which livened it up. My husband loved it, and he is usually very picky.Will make this again for sure.
