Hearty Split Pea Soup
It was easy and tasty. I used chicken broth instead of water, added marjoram, potatoes and celery and omitted garlic and salt since the broth has salt. Used the hand blender at the end to mash the peas more.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
Very easy to make and tasted wonderful. I used ground sweet italian sausage and canned diced italian tomatoes.

Cocoa Banana Bars
Very moist and yummy. I added chocolate chips to top of batter half way through baking time. Used white whole-wheat flour.
