Black Beans and Rice
pretty bland... it has potential, but like most reviewers said, I had to majorly doctor it up. Will probably play around with it a bit.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
love this! I make it with raspberry jello/rasbperries instead because I prefer the tartness. Also, only use 1 package cream cheese. everything else I do pretty much as states!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I usually try make healthier muffins so that I can feel better about serving them for breakfast- wheat flour, natural sugar, etc... but my husband has been asking for a REAL blueberry muffin for a while, so I decided to make these. These are definitely the real deal! I still cut back the sugar a bit (about 2/3 cup) and used brown sugar for the crumb topping instead of white. I think I could have halved the topping and been fine- I ended up throwing a good bit away. Anyways, minor changes aside, this recipe is definitely to die for! I'm about to head for seconds!
