Didnt change the ingredients just how it was cooked This was 4.5lbs Multiplied by 5 min.=23 minutes at 500 degrees Shut oven off and let roast stand in oven for 2hrs DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR UNTIL 2 HRS ARE UP. Ready to serve after 2 hrs. My guys thought this was better than any restaurant. Great for Lamb as well.
