Beer Bread I

Perfectly easy and delicious when served hot/warm with dill dip! This is the way I've always done Beer Bread and my whole family loves it! I was very glad to find such an easy recipe! I take it out of the oven, butter the top and immediately turn it out onto a platter, butter the remaining crust and break it up into bite size pieces. Then, dunk into dill dip and wow! Yum! Thanks for the great recipe!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

These are fantastic! I did a little bit different. Used Snow Crab, and when diced up the mushroom stems, I sauteed with about a tablespoon of butter and garlic and added 1-2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Then added to the stuffing mixture. I halved the recipe and that stuffed 2 14 oz packages of stuffer mushrooms. Which was more than enough for several people. I also only used about 1/2 the butter to pour over them (for the halved recipe, that was only 1/2 cup). And before putting in the oven, I sprinkled with fresh parmasean. Yummy!! :)

Apple Crisp III

Great recipe! I did change to half brown and half white sugar as well as a little bit of cinnamon in the topping mix. Very, very good!

Jim Kaczmarek's Chili

Yum! A couple of adjustments and it's incredible! Nothing better in a snow storm than a nice pot of great chili! This recipe is awesome! TY from a chili beginner that just stole the show! :D I have adjusted this recipe to make it way less salty. The only actual salt that I use is to salt the meat when I start cooking it and use 3 tablespoons of "better than bouillon" beef flavoring. I also use only 3 tablespoons of Chili Powder and 1 tablespoon of cumin (obviously, this is a season to taste deal here). No recipe is exact when it comes to seasoning but the base of this chili is the best we've ever had! :D
