Sunday, Roast beef dinner. Thanksgiving is my alltime favorite, I love having everyone here to enjoy my hard work.The best part of the day is when my husband and son do the dishes!

My cooking tragedies
When I first got married, my husband shot a deer. Being a city girl, I had never eaten or cooked venision. I put ribs in the crock pot with BBQ sauce and went on my way. When we sat down to eat them 8 hours later, it was a DISASTER!! the grease from the ribs, along with the sauce was not a good combination. He asked me to PLEASE never make that again!
