Shepherd's Pie VI

Simple and tasted great. I did add peas in addition to the carrots. The beef broth definitely helped to add to the flavor and it might not hurt to even add a few spices to boost it even more.

White Chocolate Orange Cookies

I personally like more orange flavor so next time I will add extra (I did add 1tsp of extract in addition to the zest). I also used 1/2 butter flavored shortening 1/2 butter. I made 1/2 the batch with nuts and half without. Good both ways.

Premier Cheesecake Cranberry Bars

These were much better the next day after being refrigerated. I will make them again but next time I will use less white chocolate and a bit more fruit.
