Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
Where I went wrong: Boiling first to speed up the process. This step is easy to overdo, making for very mushy potatoes. They were still tasty, but would've been better just roasted.
Where I went right: tripling the sauce mixture. (1 whole small onion, 5tbsp butter, 3tbsp honey, 3+tsp mustard, decent shakings of s&p; melt all in microwave together, then toss with potatoes.)
On the first taste straight from the oven, I thought the flavor was a bit bland, but after they'd cooled a bit they became downright addictive. Like other reviewers, the leftovers never made it to the fridge.
