Chef John's Banana Bread
This is my go to recipe for banana bread. It's wonderful if baked as written but the beauty of it is that you can add or remove ingredients as you wish and it will taste amazing. Check out Chef John's video recipe on how he makes this, makes a world of difference!

Roasted Vegetable Orzo
This was really tasty. Unfortunately, I followed other members advice of adding two bouillons and it ended up being a bit too salty, so I had to add water to dilute it. I did use vegetable bouillons though, so I don't know if that's the reason why. But the taste was incredible, this is a really good side dish.

Szechwan Shrimp
This is an excellent dish. Even though I doubled the amount of sauce it was still not enough because I also added broccoli and carrots, so if you want to add veggies, make sure you make enough sauce. I also used raw shrimp and cooked it in the oil with the garlic and onion to give it more flavor and used Sambal instead of the crushed red pepper. One last thing, either cut the cornstarch in half or add more water, it's up to you. If you leave it as is, it is extremely thick. Thanks for the recipe, it was delicious!
