Easy Pasta Fagioli
I made this really hoping it would taste like the Olive garden soup and hoping my kids and husband would like it alot. Well I didnt have all the herbs so I just used powered garlic and mrs. dash original and salt and pepper. I also only used three cans of tomatoe sauce and added a 1/2 cup of water to the soup. It turned out pretty good but my kids and hubby didnt like it at all. I liked it but didnt love it like I was hoping. I think It might have tasted better if I had all the right ingredients.

Southern Peach Cobbler
I really was hoping this would turn out. The picture looked great, just what I wanted mine to look like. But mine did not turn out too great. I followed the directions to the T. I did feel like adding the syrup or at least all of it was going to be too much and i was right. My dough never rose to the top. When it was done I had to shovel through the goop and get the dough from the bottom of the dish and place it on top. Then i baked it for another 45 min and we ate it after that. The dough was cooked but a weird syrup this texture. The mixture was nice though and dh did like it. so its ok but I wont try it again, Unless I really modify it.

Snickerdoodles III
These were fantastic. I have made snickerdoodles before and they have never turned out this soft and tasty. Everyone loved them. One thing I did for a special treat was I put a few m&ms on top just for a little crunch. They looked so pretty I think I might do that for Christmas in red and green colors.
