Apple Crunch Pie with Vanilla Sauce

This pie tasted great only it is way too sweet! It's good but you can only have a SMALL serving and even that is too sweet!

I'd give the crust a definite 5! The filling was lacking in flavor though. It seemed to need more sugar and maybe some cinnamon? I'm going to use the crust recipe in an apple pie baking contest though!

Caramel Apple Pie II

This pie tasted great especially with ice cream! I found it to be a little runny and when I tried to re-heat it in the oven it sogged the crust. Any suggestions on how to reheat with out that happening?
