Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2010
Really easy and very good. I formed them and then left them in the fridge for a few hours and had no problems with them being loose or falling apart. I also did half of the burgers with fresh mozzarella and that worked really well too!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2010
These were very good, but very crumbly. Next time I'll use baking cups. Also let them sit in the fridge after baking. They taste way better cold!

I liked these but I had to up the amount of lemon to really taste it. It wasn't hard though, I just sub. the plain yogurt with lemon.

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
Excellent recipe! Pretty easy too. I did it with sifted all purpose flour instead of bread flour and it turned out fine. However I didn't use all of the flour (prob. ended up being more like 5 1/2 cups). I also topped it with butter while it was oven.

Miss Betty's Super Quick Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
Easy and Yummy! I took the advice of other reviewers and used the sugg. substitution for self rising flour so I could use all purpose. I also added some garlic powder, rosmary, and a pinch of ranch dressing. It tasted very flavorful, but next time I might try it without some of the additions (it was all just very strong once I added all the spices).

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
These were pretty good! A good snack to keep around. I did make some modifications. I used only whole wheat flour, egg whites instead of the egg, and only 1/2 cup of sugar.

Homemade Wonderful Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
This was my first time baking bread, but it turned out great. All my roommates loved it. I did add a little water to the recipe. I also do not have a bread machine so I used the oven, but it still turned out really nice.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2008
Love this recipe. Very easy. I followed the advice of some of the other reviewers and seasoned the chicken breast with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder first. I also covered it in foil for the first 20 min. They still took almost 50 minutes to bake.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
Great cake. I made it in two nine inch pans and layered it with some filling in between. My only advice would be to make it a day early and refrigerate it over night. It tasted much better cold.
