Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Perfect chewy/soft combination. Super sweet. I used all butter and the heath toffee bits. I may try 1/4 cup less butter next time.

Tuna Noodle Casserole I

I'm never using canned soup again for this hotdish. Made quite a few adjustments for my tastes but this is a great starter recipe. I'm so glad there's such an easy way to avoid the salty canned soup.

very good...didn't have all the ingredients but used the recipe as a base and it was wonderful...can't wait to try it with celery next time. :) i used red grapes and it was great...thinking red onion would be really good too.

Great recipe This is my first time making applesauce and it's exactly what I was hoping it would be. Easy to make and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and used a blender to get the consistency I wanted.

Delicious. I made these for Thanksgiving this year and will definitely make again. I didn't make them into cresents but into a dozen buns instead...They turned out fine this way.

Pan Pierogies

Delicious. I made shells and used instant potatoes...it turned out just fine. I'll definitely make these the next time I have left over mashed potatoes and probably even if I don't.

Pumpkin Pie Squares

This was good. I made this twice in the last couple of weeks. I used pumpkin pie spice instead of the the spices listed. I'll make again. I made the first batch into bars and used cupcake liners to make individual servings the second time. Both turned out great.

Yum! This is great. I found this recipe by accident while trying to figure out how to use up a can of sweetened condensed milk. I'm glad I did. The balls are gooey with the consistency of an old fashioned caramel. Will definitely make this again.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Delicious....just like my Grandma's potato salad. I made it by the recipe just adjusting the amounts for my taste. I also used half miracle whip and half mayo. I will definitely make this again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

So Delicious! It's my new favorite soup. I didn't add all the beans because I didn't have them. I also used PBR for the beer. I will definitely make this again and again.

Sausage Egg Bake

I halved the recipe and used cream of chicken soup after finding out neither my neighbor or me had anything else. :) It turned out fine but a little runny. I thought it was delicious, but next time I will add onions and peppers and maybe more cheese and I will cut back on the milk.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Great basic potroast recipe. I put my veggies in 2 hours before eating and they were perfect. Also, I used a rump roast instead of chuckroast and I had no problem. Just let it cook longer and it will get wonderfully tender.

Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce

This was good still warm from the stovetop, but it had a grainy texture after it was refridgerated. Maybe I cooked it too long? I might try this again in a much smaller batch so I won't have to worry about storing it.

Chili Cheese Dog Pot Pie

I was looking for a recipe to use up some leftover chili and I'm so glad I found this recipe. I'm not a huge fan of chili or hotdogs but this was delicious. I'll definitely use this recipe again the next time I have chili to use up. :)

Blueberry Drop Cookies

I've had this recipe saved for awhile but was always nervous about trying a blueberry cookie. These were great though and I will be making them again for sure. I agree with some other reviews I read that they taste like the top of a blueberry muffin. I did have some trouble with the dough being too sticky and the blueberries mushed into the dough and gave the cookies kind of a grey look. Next time I will be more careful when stirring in my blueberries.
