Swedish Meatballs I
I wanted to try out a new sauce recipe and because this one was highly rated this was the one I chose. I was not a fan of this. I normally just use sour cream and a brown gravy or a can of cream of mushroom soup, so I've never used evaporated milk before. It made the sauce strangely sweet. I had to add some garlic salt and pepper to curve it more towards what I was expecting. I don't plan to use this recipe again. The sauce *looked* right, but it didn't *taste* me.

Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes
The flavor is really good. Like another reviewer, I used 1 real egg because I didn't have an egg substitute. I skipped the chilling step that others suggested, and mine still held up pretty well. Also, like another reviewer mentioned, this only made 6 regular sized crab cakes. I think if I had shaped mine into smaller and flatter cakes I could've gotten 12. With my convection oven it took a little bit longer to look cooked (15-20 min). I also broiled the tops a little. But, overall, very yummy and beats the recipe on the side of the Old Bay can!

This IS a great crepe recipe! I halved the recipe since it was just for me and my husband and it was still yummy. I added a couple dashes of cinnamon to the batter too which didn't really change the flavor of the crepe much. I just happen to love smell of cinnamon. I was afraid to make crepes because it looked hard to do, but this was SO easy!
