Buttercream Icing
Very easy and tweaked the flavours for a strawberry buttercream

Strawberry Cake Filling
Turned out great. I added 1 tablespoon of lmon juice and cut sugar to 3/4 cup as my cake was very sweet. Very easy and set up nicely.

Refried Beans Without the Refry
These turned out great. Since I'm the only member of the family that can eat beans, I froze in smaller portions in freezer bags for whenever we have a "taco night". They froze really well.Now that I have a smaller crockpot, I'll do this again but halve the recipe.
