Zucchini Slice

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
I tried this recipe on Sunday night for my husband who never eats Zucchinis...except I added 4 chopped bacon rashes, 2 teaspoons of garlic salt, freshly ground pepper and since I didn't have any swiss cheese I just used a cup of grated tasty was just will be a family favourite now...he couldn't get enough of it. I used an 8 inch pie dish to cook mine in and baked it in an 180 degrees C fan forced oven for 45 mins. He has even taken the left overs to work for lunch today....that is high praise indeed. Thanks so much...This is now a permanent in our family....yum yum..PS Forgot to add that I diced the onion finely rather than grated it...

Chicken, Avocado and Mango Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2008
Really love this dish. I shred the chicken up and toss it into the chopped lettuce (my family like it with Iceberg Lettuce) and if you don't have any mangoes, tinned mandarines are also nice with it too. I am not keen on the dressing, but my family and I love this dish with ranch dressing. A lovely meal in the summer months.

Black Forest Cake I

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
This recipe was fabulous and turned out perfect on the first go. My family loved it. I usually buy black forest cake because my husband loves it for his birthday but this year decided to try and make our own after reading this recipe. It was so easy and so tasty, would highly recommend it. Thank you

Creamy Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2008
I really enjoyed this dish. Easy to make only 4 ingredients but very filling. I pigged out as it was really tasty but then it sat too heavy in my stomach so will definitly make again but will only serve small portions

Hash Brown Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2008
Absolutely LOVE this recipe. I make it all the time now. The only thing I omit is the butter. I use a light coating of Olive Oil Spray with Garlic instead. It is so delish. I love the hash browns as the base. I was so hungry that one day I didn't bother cooking the hashbrowns first, just lined the pie dish and threw over the filling and cooked for 35 was still moorish!! So easy and so tasty too. Thank you
