Mini Parmesan Scones

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
Easy and Yummy. Only change is to put more grated parmesan on top, and dab a little bit of milk to make the scone look golden. Takes a bit longer than stated as well, about 15 minutes.

Very yummy. Replaced onions and celery with potatoes and corn kennels. Put a bit of paprika and garlic salt. Yummmmmmm. Just one savory pie crust is enough

super moist and tasty. Put in greek yogurt instead of plain yogurt. Substitute oil with butter and apple sauce. Also put in some cinnamon and walnuts. Excellent recipe, will make again!

Mushroom Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2010
So good. Didn't use cream at all, instead used some chicken stock to cook the mushroom, and then add some full milk. Very yummy and the whole family, including my fussy 3 year old and husband, love it!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
What a great recipe! The chicken came out perfect, a bit like the Chinese BBQ pork, and was super tender and juicy. THe taste was great and it beats the teriyaki chicken I've had in restaurants!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2009
The best carrot cake I've ever made/had, so good that I am making another one within 3 days! Also I took in the comments of adding pineapple (without the juice) and a bit of nutmeg. The best thing about this cake is it is so easy to make yet taste so good. Thanks for such an awesome recipe!

Fettuccini Tomato Rustica II

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2009
What a good dish!Took less than 10 minutes to prepare, then about 20 m to cook, and tastes fab. I have followed other reviewers and used 1/4 cup of olive oil, then 3/4 cup of white wine, and I used sausages instead of chicken (personal preference), and also added cherry tomatoes and some red pepper. The dish has a lot of flavours and everything compliments each other. My 2 year old had 2 helpings! Thanks for such a good recipe
