Chicken and Rice Casserole I

This was so easy and my kids loved it. I added less onion soup mix probably half a packet, and put cheddar cheese on it for the last five minutes.

Saltine Toffee Cookies

This is a great recipe, and is delicious, but the cooking time in the oven is not long enough. It turns out chewy. I cook it for 10 minutes so it turns out crunchy like toffee.
