Microwave on high makes it too hard. Other than that, it's okay... Mochi with coconut milk is much better.

Amazing mix of flavors. I cut the salt in half and doubled the brown sugar. Perfect! So many flavors. It makes my mouth water thinking about it :)

Perfect! Added 2 tsp vanilla and used butter instead of shortening. Bake exactly for 15 minutes, they will harden up a bit while they cool.
