Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2014
I thought this was fantastic! Very quick and easy and I loved the flavor! I only had 2 breasts but did not halve the sauce portion of the recipe and found it was the perfect amount to compliment the chicken.

Cashew Chicken with Water Chestnuts

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2012
I changed a few things simply because I didn't have all ingredients on hand (subbed hoisin for soy; garlic chili sauce for hot pepper sauce; red pep for green pep) , and added others (scallions)because I needed to use... AND WOW! Absolutely FABULOUS! This is my very favorite Chinese take out and have been wanting to try for years! So glad I found this recipe!!! Will be making this over and over again!

Baked Applesauce

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2012
I grew up with baked apples and was actually looking for a recipe for them when I found this and decided to give it a go... Very much the same and quite yummy... I used about 1/2 the sugar and added raisins. I've made it twice in a week - having peeled the skin once, and not the next and can't decide which I prefer... it's a keeper !

So easy and delicious! It's a keeper! I used 1 cup broth, only because I mis-read initially and it is still perfect!

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
I followed the advice of a few other reviewers by adding garlic and onions and deglazing the pan. I also used FF evaporated milk in place of the cream doubling the sauce and served over egg noodles... FANTASTIC and oh so simple!

Baked Dijon Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2011
WOW! Oh so simple and delicious! I pounded the chicken with a mallet and marinated it in the mustard/milk sauce for about 3-4 hours, then breaded and baked. I used panko bread crumbs, a personal preference. Tender, moist and lovely flavor. A real keeper!

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
WOW! Why I never thought to put feta in a quiche is beyond me! Absolutely fabulous! As stated by others, this recipe is very forgiving and flexible. I omitted the mushroom soup, used about 2 tbsp. butter, used evaporated milk in place of the milk and skipped mushrooms only because I had none and it is OUTSTANDING! Thanks Bailey!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
So simple, so quick and so fabulous! (I did add a little garlic to the onions and celery, just a personal preference - I find it hard to cook anything without it...LOL) This is definitely a keeper! Thank you... (Had a feeling 689 great reviews was the way to go ;-)

Marinade for Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2009
I used just 3/4 cup olive oil, that's all I had, but don't think I'd use the full 1-1/2 cups if I had had it - just sounds like TOO much. Used garlic flavored red wine vinegar and dry parsley - had no fresh. It was lovely, moist and delicious - will make again!

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

How simple and DELICIOUS this recipe is... I used only mozzarella, cause that's all I had, added a bunch more basil (personal preference) and it was absolutely A M A Z I N G.

Doesn't get any easier than this... Sometimes the simplest is the best! Made it exactly as written, and it was scrumptious! Thanx - will make again, and again, and again!

Beef Stroganoff III

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
Really pretty amazing! I grew up on "hamburger stroganoff" and always loved it. Have not even thought about it until recently. I was tempted to add some "stuff" cause it sounded kind of bland... NOT! No need at all - followed it to a "T" and it was YUM, YUM, YUMMY! Thanks for a real keeper!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2009
I admit that I have used hundreds of online recipes, both here at allrecipes as well as others, but never have I felt so strongly about the outcome to feel an absolute NEED to comment. As some have suggested, I too added garlic to the onions in the cavity and ended up marinating 24+ hours. I only eat white meat, which as everyone knows, can often be quite dry. This however is, BY FAR, the BEST chicken EVER! It turned out so incredibly moist and flavorful-even the breast, that I will NEVER roast a chicken ANY other way! As I write this, I am having the leftovers from last night's dinner and am getting a little sad now that it is almost gone... LOL Thanks for posting - it's a KEEPER!!!!
