Freezer Caramel Drizzle Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2010
I made this exactly as written and it was delicious!! Everyone loved it and I had requests to take home the extra one in the freezer. The only thing I may change next time is to do more layers of caramel then I did the first time.

Parmesan Tomatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
These were very good the only changes I made was to add ricotta cheese ( I wanted to clean it out of the fridge ) and to use roma tomato's that I already had in the fridge, I cut them in half and cleaned out the seeds to make almost like a bowl for the filling. They were great and gone in no time at all.

Soft Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
These cookies turned out okay in the end but I won't be making them again. The dough was very hard to work with even after refrigerating it. Plus not all my cookies came out soft, it was kind of a hit or miss even if they were from the same rolled out dough and the same cookie cutter.

Cheesy Sour Cream and Salsa Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
This dip was good but after following the recipe the first time I made a few changes the next time I made it, I cut the sour cream in half and added 8 oz of cream cheese along with draining the tomato's. I also used about 3 cups of cheddar and the whole package of ranch mix. I baked it for 20 minutes at 350 and everyone liked it a lot more. I was even giving the recipe out at the party we took it to.

Corn Dip II

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2009
This recipe was great, I have made it twice now, once exactly as written and the second time with a few changes. Both times I took it to parties and it was one of the first things gone. The second time I made it I substituted a 1/4 cup Franks hot sauce for the cayenne and cumin cause I didn't have any and used a can of diced chilies instead of the green onion because we like them. For me personally I like it better with the changes but it is more a personal taste than anything. I also baked it the second time and we did prefer it warm.

Gorgonzola-Garlic Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
This is a very good dip especially if you like strong cheeses! I made it to the directions and then tried some, at that point I did add some sour cream to kind of tone it down a little since we were taking it to a party. But I will definetly be making this one again.

Cornucopia

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
I made this for a centerpiece and it turned out perfect! I recommend using a throw away cookie sheet with the raised edge cut off as the cone since it is more stable. I was able to make this by myself since it was more sturdy, also if you overlap the bread stick as you wrap it around the mold it won't slip off as some people commented on. Definitely will make this for many years to come!!

Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2008
This was a great recipe! The only change I made was to use homemade ground chirizo sausage that my husbands great grandmother sends up from texas. I made 30 of these for a football game party and I don't think that they were out of the oven for more than 10 minutes when they were gone! Everyone loved them and I got a dozen requests for the recipe!
