Fajita Marinade I

Reviewed: May 9, 2012
Use Sprite! I used 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast, 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, and 1 sweet onion to make kabobs. I substituted Sprite for the water, omitted the salt and added 2 extra tsps of soy sauce, also didn't have cayenne pepper or liquid smoke. I marinated overnight. My husband grilled these while I was at work and he and my daughter finished them off): I only got one little bite that was left on her plate and it was delicious. They loved it

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2012
I followed the recipe exactly. I only got 8 muffins out of it, the batter was beautiful, but I couldn't get them out of the pan for anything, and I probably used 1/4 of the crumb mixture, at most.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
THERE WERE SO MANY RAVE REVIEWS AND THE MORE CHOCOLATEY THE BETTER.I KEPT DOUBLE CHECKING THE RECIPE TO SEE IF I HAD MADE A MISTAKE.I MADE 1/2 THE RECIPE AND ENDED UP USING TEN CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR RATHER THAN 4 1/2. IT JUST WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SWEET ENOUGH OTHERWISE.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
I've always had trouble with baked chicken sticking to the pan,but the butter kept it from sticking at all and kept it moist.I used 4 chicken breast halves, but they were 1 1/3 lbs.I recommend adding some extra seasoning if you have more than 1 pound of chicken.Good recipe(:
