Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Very good and very simple. I melted the chocolate chips in the microwave. Use 50% power and check every 30-45 seconds until melted.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Very good recipe. I made these in foil muffin cups to take to a pot luck. I baked them at 375 for about 30 minutes. They were a great hit.

Baked Beans from Scratch

The first time I made this, I used pancake syrup and it was way too sweet. I just made this recipe again. Except this time I used pure maple syrup. It was fantastic.

Classic Lasagna

This recipe was terrific. Like others, I cooked covered for an hour. I thought the sauce was a tad bitter so I added a tablespoon of sugar. The sausage was fantastic!
